We strive to make experiencing the Lakes as simple and hassle-free as possible. We do this by offering our guests a lovely collection of self-catering cottages combined with down-to-earth, responsive customer service and expert local knowledge.
We’ve traditional Lakeland cottages, modern coastal hideaways and luxurious woodland retreats available, many of which are pet-friendly.

Our Story
We’re an independent, holiday-letting agency, but our story stretches back further than that. It all began in 2009 when two kindred spirits met working in the Lake District.
Fast forward a decade, and a transformative surfing retreat in Cornwall sparked a big decision. Fueled by a shared dream of a venture that truly reflected our values, we took a leap of faith. Today, we’re thrilled to be the proud owners of Lakes and Country Escapes.
